At this time, we do not offer weekly lawn mowing or ongoing maintenance. However, we’re happy to help with one-time, large-scale cleanups.

You don’t need to be home during the job as long as we have clear driveway access for our truck and trailer, the gate is unlocked, and a hose is accessible.
We do ask that the homeowner be present for the initial quote.

In Southern Ontario, the ideal times to re-sod are spring and fall, when temperatures are cooler and rainfall helps new sod establish faster. That said, re-sodding can also be done in summer with proper watering and care. The key is good preparation and consistent watering, regardless of the season. We install sod throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons!

We get our sod and topsoil from green horizons sod farm in Hamilton, ON.
A re-sod project of 1,500 sq. ft. or less can typically be completed in one day, depending on the amount of grading required.
The easiest way is to measure the length and width of your yard and multiply the two numbers together (length × width). For irregular-shaped yards, break the space into smaller rectangles, calculate each area, and add them together. If you’re unsure or want an exact measurement, we can measure the area for you during an on-site estimate, or for a quick estimate/reply we can utilize google maps to measure the area for you.
